3 inch type 201 stainless steel punch clamp. Punch Clamps are double wrapped and formed to a given diameter, with sizes ranging from 13/16 to 8 inch ID All of these clamps can be pulled down to a smaller diameter using a punch clamp tool but cannot be adjusted to a larger diameter.
